Decode warrants to the
original purchaser that its products are free from
defects in materials or workmanship.
In case there is a defect in materials or workmanship, Decode will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product with a comparable model. Should you have a question, or need repair, simply contact Decode by mail, explaining the defect and include the proof of purchase, your name, complete address and daytime phone number. A Decode customer service representative will inform you where to mail your luggage, prepaid for warranty evaluation.
This warranty does
not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse,
abuse, improper care or
alteration, and excludes claims for incidental or
consequential loss.
Note: Damage caused by a common carrier is, by federal law, the carrier's responsibility and must be claimed with the carrier at the time it occurs.
